- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Golf Gear Pro. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping fees for exchanges will be charged unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
